
PR Curtman Investments (Florida) is a boutique, fee-only Registered Investment Advisor serving high-net-worth individuals and families (typical client has $1,00,000+ in investable assets). We run a high-touch service model built on responsiveness, clean processes, and professional communication.
We’re hiring a Part-Time Client Service Administrator (CSA) to support client service requests, scheduling, and account operations.
Role Overview
This is a client-facing administrative role focused on service and execution. You will help keep client requests moving, coordinate paperwork, and maintain clean records in our CRM.
This role does not provide investment advice and does not involve trading.
Hours / Work Style
- Part-time: approximately 10 to 15 hours per week
- Remote: must be dependable and responsive during agreed working windows
Responsibilities
Client communication and scheduling
- Call and email clients to schedule review meetings and follow-ups (Calendly)
- Provide friendly, professional support and route strategy or advice questions to the advisor
Account service and operations
- Support account opening by coordinating and processing new account paperwork, gathering required information, and tracking progress through completion
- Process account maintenance requests including:
- Trusted contact updates
- Beneficiary updates
- Bank links (ACH instructions)
- Contact information changes and general service items
- Coordinate transfers between accounts and with outside institutions, including ACAT transfers
- Track each request from start to finish and follow up until complete
CRM and workflow discipline
- Keep client records, notes, and tasks organized in Advyzon (CRM)
- Follow and improve checklists to ensure accuracy and consistency

- Email, phone, PDFs, e-signature, and standard office tools
What We’re Looking For
Ideal experience
- Experience in an RIA, broker-dealer, custodian platform, banking operations, or wealth management admin role is a plus
- If you’re new to financial services but are well organized and coachable, we still want to hear from you

Compensation
Starting at $17/hour with no CSA experience, with the opportunity to increase based on performance and demonstrated competency.
